REE is a curated real estate event that puts real estate development ideas and stories — told by entrepreneurs and industry operators — at the centre.

• Real estate entrepreneurs and developers
• investors and capital providers
• property and land owners
• asset managers and real estate operators
• real estate industry professionals

• For those with active real estate operations
• for those making decisions on real estate projects
• for those seeking high-level partners and connections

REE is a curated and selected real estate network. Attendance is subject to approval.

There is no participation fee, but attendance is capped.

The programme includes entrepreneurial stories, real cases of real estate development, and moments of dialogue.

The programme will close with an Exclusive Networking Party: buffet, aperitivo, and DJ set until 11pm.

REE Florence will be held at Piazza di Cestello 10, 50124 Florence (FI), Italy, at the Auditorium CR Firenze

Yes — at the end of the talks, all REE attendees will be invited to an Exclusive Networking Party: buffet, aperitivo, and DJ set until 11pm.

Business dress code — a polished, professional look suitable for a high-level networking context in real estate.

The venue is in the Piazza di Cestello area, in the Oltrarno district, where car access is restricted (ZTL/limited traffic zone). It’s recommended to park in nearby garages or public car parks and continue on foot. Recommended options:

  • Viale Ludovico Ariosto car park (a few minutes’ walk from the venue);
  • Santa Trinita Garage (near the centre, convenient from the Ponte Santa Trinita side);
  • Lungarno Garage (great position along the Arno, easily accessible);
  • Piazza Vittorio Veneto car park (larger public parking, slightly further but useful during high attendance);
  • Piazza di Cestello car park (the closest option, but with limited availability).

In general, there is paid parking in the area, though not always directly adjacent to the venue, so arriving early is advised.
